1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VibePi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

VibePi provides an AI-powered interview coaching platform that allows users to:

• Practice interview questions with AI voice interaction
• Receive instant feedback on responses
• Track progress and improvement over time
• Access multiple interview formats (behavioral, technical, standard)

3. User Accounts

To use VibePi, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Subscription and Payments

VibePi offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Limited interview sessions per day/month
• Premium Plan: Unlimited access, advanced features

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Abuse or overload our systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VibePi are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of VibePi is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.

8. AI-Generated Content

VibePi uses AI to generate interview questions and feedback. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI responses may not always be perfect or suitable for every situation
• You should use your own judgment when applying feedback
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or job placement

9. Limitation of Liability

VibePi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:

• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the service
• Job interview outcomes or employment decisions
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or technical issues

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of VibePi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
