Getting Started
Q: How do I start my first interview?
A: After creating an account, tap "Start Interview" on the home screen. Select your interview type (Standard, Behavioral, or Technical), and VibePi will begin asking questions immediately. Just speak your answers naturally!
Voice & Audio
Q: Why can't VibePi hear me?
A: Make sure you've granted microphone permissions in your device settings. Go to Settings > VibePi > Microphone and enable access. Also ensure your device volume is up and you're in a quiet environment.
Job Targets
Q: How do I set my target job role?
A: Tap the target icon in the top right corner. Add your desired job title, company, seniority level, and job description. VibePi will tailor questions to match your specific role.
Subscription & Pricing
Q: What's included in the free plan?
A: Free users get 3 interview sessions per day and 30 per month. Premium users get unlimited sessions, advanced analytics, and priority support. Upgrade anytime in the app.
Progress Tracking
Q: How do I view my progress?
A: Tap the menu icon (☰) and select "Progress Dashboard". You'll see your confidence trends, total sessions, and improvement metrics over time.
Resume & CV
Q: Should I upload my resume?
A: Yes! VibePi uses your resume to ask relevant questions about your actual experience. This makes practice sessions more realistic and personalized.
Interview Controls
Q: Can I pause during an interview?
A: Yes! Use the pause button during an interview session. You can also skip questions, request hints, or end the interview early at any time.
Voice Selection
Q: Can I change the AI voice?
A: Absolutely! Tap the voice icon in the header to choose from 6 different AI voices (male, female, neutral). Preview each one before selecting.
Chat History
Q: Can I review past interview sessions?
A: Yes! Tap the clock icon to view all your past sessions. You can resume conversations or review your answers and feedback.
Data & Privacy
Q: Is my interview data private?
A: Absolutely. All interview sessions are encrypted and only you can access them. We never share your data with third parties. Audio is transcribed and deleted immediately.
